Many of us are carrying anger right now—from the rising tide of authoritarian populism and scapegoating of marginalized groups, to the devastating toll of war and state violence around the world. Join us for the next session of Processing Politicson Tuesday, June 3, 2025 (8:00 AM - 9:00 AM PT / 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM ET / 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM CET), where we will create space to hold and honor the rage we are feeling in this moment. Through facilitated dialogue, grounding practices, and somatic reflection, we’ll explore how anger—often stigmatized or suppressed—can be a powerful signal of care, integrity, and connection. Together, we’ll sit with the questions: What does it mean to bridge when we are burning inside? How can we hold space for rage—our own and others’—while remaining grounded in our values? And how do we transform anger into a force for belonging rather than division? This session offers an invitation to feel deeply, reflect honestly, and connect with others navigating the tension between anger and hope.
