Processing Politics

  • Berlin, BE Germany (map)

In today’s world, politics touches nearly every aspect of our lives. As we witness marginalized groups become increasingly scapegoated by authoritarian populists and societal fragmentation deepen around us, the lines between the personal and political become ever more blurry and difficult to hold. One thing we know for sure is that we will only get through this moment by building resilience together. Join us for the next session of Processing Politics on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 (9:00 AM - 10:00 AM PT / 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM ET / 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM CET), as we come together to reflect on how to meet this moment. Through facilitated discussions, mindfulness practices, and somatic exercises, we’ll explore how to navigate challenges while staying grounded in belonging and resilience. Together, we’ll explore questions like: How can we acknowledge our despair without becoming immobilized by it? What does it look like to nurture belonging in a world where othering is being institutionalized? And how can we cultivate collective resilience that allows us to keep bridging across divides despite ongoing challenges?
